PTAR has gone through 4 phases of transformation before becoming a digital Library. 

UiTM Digital Library has 3 main components:

1. Digital Service

A library service that can be accessed through application/ portal/ system/ repository

2. Digital Collection

References material collection can be accessed online in virtual formats for learning and research matters

3. Digital Processs

The Library services that include work process done as a method
