Operasi perkhidmatan perpustakaan dibuka kepada pengguna perpustakaan mengikut garis panduan dan SOP yang ditetapkan. (Perubahan waktu perkhidmatan tertakluk kepada pindaan dan akan dimaklumkan dari masa ke semasa berdasarkan Arahan Keselamatan Negara dan Universiti).
